Meet Your Instructor:
Dr. Emma Lengerich
I’m a orthopedic & pelvic health physical therapist passionate about using movement to support longevity, confidence, and quality of life.
Through years of working with clients—and through my own training journey—I started to notice a pattern: many people were drawn to fitness approaches that left them feeling more depleted than empowered. Programs often prioritized intensity and exhaustion over consistency, longevity, and real-life sustainability. That insight fundamentally shaped how I approach fitness today.
I believe strength training should support your life, not compete with it. Thoughtful, targeted movement builds strength, capacity, and confidence without unnecessary fatigue. When training respects the body and nervous system, it becomes something you can return to again and again—through busy seasons, changing goals, and different phases of life.

A Sustainable Approach to Strength & Pelvic Health
I hold two core principles: strength training should support your life, not compete with it, and pelvic health education should be clear and accessible. This program integrates targeted, intentional strength training with practical pelvic health education to build strength, capacity, and confidence without unnecessary fatigue—creating a sustainable approach you can rely on through every season of life.
