Welcome!
I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and licensed physical therapist with a passion for pelvic health and sustainable fitness.
I’m also a mom of three boys, so I understand the reality of trying to care for your body while living a very full, stimulating life.
Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of people navigating postpartum recovery, menopause, chronic pain, nervous system overwhelm, and the frustration of being told they just need to “push harder.”
What I saw again and again was this:
Most people don’t need more intensity — they need consistency, safety, and a way to trust their body again.
So I built something different.
This is a clinically-informed movement space designed to support your real life — not dominate it.
Instead of constantly chasing new programs or recovering from workouts that leave you depleted, members move through two thoughtfully designed weeks of workouts that repeat throughout a 4-week cycle. This gives your body time to adapt, settle, and build strength through consistency.
At the start of each new cycle, fresh workouts are released, while past cycles are archived so you can return to them whenever you need.
All movement sessions are on-demand and under 40 minutes. Each exercise is intentionally selected to target specific muscle groups so your time and energy are spent where they matter most — not on exercises that create fatigue without meaningful benefit.
The goal isn’t quick wins or dramatic transformations.
The goal is sustainable strength — strength that supports your pelvic health, regulates your nervous system, and carries into everyday life.
Alongside movement, members also gain access to quarterly pelvic health webinars, which remain available inside the library as an ongoing educational resource. These sessions are designed to educate, normalize conversations around pelvic and whole-body health, and give you tools you can return to again and again.
This membership is for you if:
• You want education about pelvic floor and whole-body health so you can better understand and support your body
• You want strength without burnout
• You want workouts that leave you feeling more regulated, not wiped out
• You’re done measuring success by exhaustion
Here, progress is steady and respectful.
Language matters.
Your body is listened to.
And movement is meant to support your life — not become another thing you have to recover from.
I am so glad you are here.
With gratitude,
Emma
